Futon

Futon è un letto imbottito che esprime il connubio tra un’ estetica orientale ed una lavorazione tradizionale dell’imbottitura, il capitonnè. Il nome del prodotto deriva dall’ispirazione formale della testata, che richiama il materasso tradizionale giapponese, mentre il fianco è impreziosito dal classico bottone. Lateralmente il giroletto è affiancato da piedini cilindrici in acciaio, che conferiscono leggerezza ed armonia. Ne consegue un design originale che attraverso differenti contaminazioni comunica un forte carattere.

Futon is an upholstered bed that expresses the union between an oriental aesthetic and a traditional padding process, the capitonnè. The name of the product comes from the formal inspiration of the headboard, which is inspired by the traditional Japanese mattress, while the side is enhance by the classic button. Laterally the bed frame is supported by cylindrical steel feet, which give lightness and harmony. The result is an original design that communicates a strong character through different contaminations.
